As an employee of a healthcare organization, formal and informal controls have been implemented. It has been made a priority to ensure that all employees follow the organization's policies and procedures. This goal was achieved through several meetings, and mandatory training sessions were held to accomplish this. In addition to guidelines, expectations are discussed during these training sessions and policies. In addition, there were informal controls in place, where managers/supervisors expressed the company's culture. By defining shared norms and cultures from the start, we aligned our teams and ensured that the highest possible outcomes were achieved.
